Recruitment Procedure

On receipt of confirmed order and exact job descriptions of categories, we source the candidates through our databank, job portals, advertisements and head hunting. Our Technical Engineer remarks are sent to the clients for further approval or the clients are invited to our offices in India to personally evaluate the candidates and it is our advantage to understand our mode of operations. On receiving the final selection list from the clients, candidates are called for Medical formalities with Panel of doctors and their Medical Fitness Report is informed to the Clients. On receipt of the Visa documents from the Clients the Passports are submitted to the Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates. We will deploy the candidates within 10 days. The candidates are given brief orientation about the Company, Project site and the Country of placement before their departure from India. The candidates are handed over their departure file with the copy of their Employment contract, Visa stamped passport with Immigration & copy of Insurance and Ticket 2 days prior to the date of Travel. Consequently the arrival date of candidates are informed to the Client. After the candidates reach the destination (country of work), the Client makes arrangements for Transportation to pick the candidates from the Airport to the Site Camp.
